I decided to use some fall colours for my inspiration. I like the end result of this card- maybe I'll save it for my dad once he hops in the combine to take off the corn and beans. He likes to take my son with him (spending time with Grandpa in the combine is one of Jake's FAVOURITE things to do) so this will be a thank you for him!
A few details-I stamped the sentiment from Vintage Picnic in Summer Sunrise right on the Chocolate Remix paper, as well as the floral image. The ribbon I folded over and fastened with a glue dot.
Supplies: (all Papertrey Ink unless otherwise noted)
Stamps: Floral Fusion, Vintage Picnic
Cardstock: Dark Chocolate, Kraft
Paper: Chocolate Remix
Ink: Dark Chocolate, Summer Sunrise, Chamomile
Other: Summer Sunrise Swiss Dot Satin ribbon, Dark Chocolate button; Heidi Swapp edge distressor
ETA: This card is also for Dawn McVey's Raspberry Suite Color Challenge, which is a bit of a cheat since it's not a NEW card that I made specifically for the challenge, but I liked it so much and it conveniently included all of Dawn's colors this week!!
