Happy Sunday! We have been getting so much snow lately it's nice to see that it has slowed down a bit this morning. Looks like freezing rain is on the way instead lol. I'm glad I'm all bundled up here at home, busy making cards. :)
I'm playing along in the CAS(E) this Sketch challenge this week. A second card that I made can be seen on Instagram (link found under profile picture). It's a little more bright and fun, while this one is classy and elegant.
I used a piece of patterned paper for my card base and adhered the Paper Smooches Silhouette Flowers dies, cut from dark brown cardstock. The teeny 'hello' sentiment is from a retired My Favorite Things Blueprints die set and was coloured using a Copic marker to get the exact burgundy shade I wanted. The gold glitter frame it is adhered to is also from My Favorite Things and is a Stitched Mini Scallop Rectangle.
Here's the sketch I followed:
Thanks for stopping in today, and I hope you have a GREAT day!
