The Card Concept #130- Irish Coffee

It's time for another The Card Concept challenge! I created my card based on the inspiration photo below. That is just the sweetest seasonal display with those classic Rae Dunn mugs and pottery pieces. I have a 'create' mug from that collection- I love it!

My clean and layered card was inspired by the general St. Patrick's Day theme. The green and gold (well, gold-ish yellow for my card) colours, the theme of luck and friendship and horseshoe imagery are all drawn in to my creation.

I used several Lawn Fawn sets for this interactive card. The Reveal Wheel collection is the ONLY interactive style of card I have ever tried to make (other than a basic shaker card). They are easy to put together and the end result is so fun. Just spin the wheel to reveal the hidden sentiments. In this case it says, "Just a note to say...I'm lucky to have...a friend like you." Everything else on the card was stamped, coloured, die cut and assembled into a scene.

Head on over to The Card Concept blog to see how the rest of the team was inspired and what styles they used on their cards. Play along with us using any of the styles we highlight...I can't wait to see what you come up with!
