The Card Concept #142- Autumn Bounty

It's time for another The Card Concept challenge! I created my card based on the inspiration photo below. Isn't that a lovely fall scene? The limelight hydrangeas in the galvanised bucket with those funky pumpkins and squash scattered about just scream autumn!

My card today is a combination of a clean and simple creation with a bit of mixed media thrown in.  I loved the general autumn vibe and outdoors feel to the photo above and created my card based on that.

Using my MISTI stamping platform, I stamped the Through the Trees stamp from Pinkfresh Studio using Versamark on a white cardstock panel. Then I heat embossed it using gold powder and once cooled, blended dye ink over top. The panel was glued to an A2 card base and my embossed sentiment was popped up with foam tape for dimension.

Head on over to The Card Concept blog to see how the rest of the team was inspired and what styles they used on their cards. Play along with us using any of the styles we highlight...I can't wait to see what you come up with! Please, please, please read the rules carefully. There have been several gorgeous cards lately disqualified from winning because their posts haven't fit our criteria.
