The Card Concept #149-Welcome Wee One

It's time for another The Card Concept challenge! I created my card based on the inspiration photo below. What a fresh and modern looking nursery. It's the complete opposite of what we had set up in our old farmhouse when my kids were little. :)

My clean and layered card was inspired by the overall colours of the inspiration photo, the striped blanket, and the framed pictures of animals on the wall.

On a pale pink A2 card base I used a retired My Favorite Things background stamp for a tone on tone subtle pattern. The bunny was stamped, die cut and coloured and adhered to white panel framed with black cardstock using foam tape. The patterned papers were added, and a few enamel dots finish it off. I actually didn't have the right colour of teal enamel dots so I used a Copic marker to colour white ones. Perfect solution!

Head on over to The Card Concept blog to see how the rest of the team was inspired and what styles they used on their cards. Play along with us using any of the styles we highlight...I can't wait to see what you come up with! *Please, please, please be mindful of the challenge rules. Post the inspiration photo, link to the challenge and don't combine your card with another inspiration challenge. Unfortunately many beautiful cards are not eligible for winning our challenge because they don't meet the criteria.*
